What We Are Professional, we manufacture the entire powder spraying line, which consists of the following systems:

1. Pretreatment system: There are two chemical pretreatment methods: automatic spraying and immersion. Sandblasting and shot blasting are common physical pretreatment methods. Various pre-treatment processes are selected according to different materials, environmental requirements, and quality requirements.

   
   

2. Automatic powder spraying room: multi-tube small cyclone recovery system, large cyclone recovery system and backrest filter element recovery are available.

3. Curing oven system: straight-through type, full-bridge type and half-bridge type. Choose from three different curing ovens based on workpiece size, or plant size constraints.

4. Burner system: Energy selection, electricity, coal, kerosene, pellets, natural gas, and liquefied gas can be optionally configured. Select the energy method suitable for the factory based on local environmental requirements, manufacturing costs, and production costs.

5. Conveyor system: Suspension type and ground rail type are available. Conveyor chains of different specifications can be selected according to the weight of the workpiece.
