Pre-treatment Equipment and Advantages


In order to enhance the effect of powder spraying, the surface of the sprayed workpiece must be clean. Good pretreatment allows the powder coating to bond better to the metal, withstand external weathering, and prevent the workpiece from rusting.


    1、Degreasing Equipment:


    Advantages: Removes oils, grease, and other contaminants from the surface, ensuring better adhesion of the powder coating. It helps in achieving a clean surface, which is essential for a successful coating process.


    2、Phosphating Equipment:


    Advantages: Phosphating creates a thin, adherent phosphate coating on the metal surface, which improves corrosion resistance and enhances the adhesion of the powder coating. It also provides a good base for subsequent painting processes.


    3、Rinsing and Drying Equipment:


    Advantages: After pre-treatment processes, rinsing and drying equipment ensure the removal of residual chemicals and moisture from the surface. Proper rinsing prevents contamination of the coating process, while thorough drying prevents issues such as blistering or delamination of the powder coating.
