1、High efficiency 

Zhyao powder coating equipment adopts an internationally recognized large-scale cyclone recovery system, with a powder recovery rate as high as 99.2%, ensuring that there is no dust spillage in the workshop.

The unique fast color-changing feeding center can complete the powder change in only 10-15 minutes. Electrostatic powder spraying is carried out indoors. The powder spraying gun is implemented at the front end.

2、 Save energy

Under the action of air pressure, the electrostatic powder is sprayed towards the workpiece to be sprayed. Under the action of static electricity, 30-40% of the powder is adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece for precise treatment. Surface coverage of machined workpiece. 60-70% of the powder in the air is recovered by the suction cyclone recovery machine. The powder flow rotates rapidly in the cyclone cylinder and is completely separated from the air and powder under the action of centrifugal force. The powder falls along the cylinder wall to the bottom of the ash hopper, the powder collected is transporting to powder sieve,after that the powder can be used to spray the workpiece.


An extremely small amount of powder (0.8% or less of powder) is sent to the secondary recovery unit, then through the rotary wing filter and left in the powder collecting bucket.

The powder passing through the secondary recovery unit is ultra thin powder or mixed color powder, can’t be reused.
