To ensure the safe use of equipment, the daily maintenance of the coating line aims to maintain the equipment in good condition and ensure the safety and production quality of the coating line.

1. Electrical Cabinet: Check whether the indicator lights in the electrical cabinet are displaying normally, and whether other buttons and instruments are intact. Ensure there are no metallic objects or unrelated debris inside the electrical cabinet, and check if the circuits are functioning properly.
2. Drying and Curing Oven: Check the working status of the combustion engine, test the surface temperature of circulation fans and motors, and ensure the operation of the top exhaust fan is normal.
3. Conveyor Belt: Inspect the motor of the drive device, perform temperature tests, and check for wear on the triangular belt. Examine the operation status of the gearbox, check the oil level, inspect the engagement between gears and chains, and ensure there is no chain accumulation. Keep the chain lubricated.
4. Lubrication of both horizontal and vertical guide rails for spray guns, and inspection of the pressure and radiator of the cold drying machine.
5. Water Curtain Cabinet: Remove debris from the circulating water tank of the water curtain cabinet to ensure the normal operation of the circulation pump.
6. Combustion Engine: Check the oil level in the combustion engine's fuel tank and the cooling water for the circulating hot air fan.
7. Electric Motor: Keep it clean, and ensure good ventilation at the inlet of the motor. Do not block the air intake.
