Based on the customer's workpiece characteristics and production requirements, ZHYAO designed and supplied a customized electrical cabinet powder coating line to integrate pretreatment, powder spraying, curing, cooling, and material handling into a continuous production process.
Electrical cabinets and control cabinet components are mainly manufactured from sheet metal, with relatively large surfaces and different structural configurations. The coating system needs to provide uniform surface coverage while maintaining stable production efficiency.

After pretreatment and drying, the workpieces enter the automatic powder coating booth. The electrostatic powder spraying system applies powder to the metal surfaces, while the recovery system collects overspray to improve powder utilization and reduce material waste.
After spraying, the coated components enter the curing oven. The hot-air circulation system helps maintain a stable heating environment, allowing the powder coating to cure properly and form the required coating performance.
After curing, the components pass through the cooling section before moving to subsequent assembly or inspection processes.
